Program Participation Guide

  • Meditation conferences are held both online and offline. - Online (non-face-to-face): Utilizing Zoom Webinar (no personnel limitation)
    - Offline (face-to-face): Museum of Korean Buddhist History and Culture (based in Jongno-gu, Seoul) (limited to 100 people on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • This program is operated safely in compliance with the government's quarantine guidelines and can be converted to full-scale online (non-face-to-face) according to the social distancing policy of Ministry of the Interior and Safety in the future.
  • This program consists of live lectures and video lectures. Live lectures are conducted in sequential Korean and English interpretation and video lectures are provided with Korean and English subtitles.
  • Online Participation - An individual link accessible one hour before the start of the online conference will be sent to you via text and e-mail.
    - Videos and microphones other than moderators will not be turned on during the conference.
    - The conference will be conducted in sequential Korean and English interpretation and subtitles will be provided for video lectures.
    - During live broadcasts, you can ask the speaker questions through the real-time Chat function.
  • Offline Participation - The organizers' quarantine guidelines related to COVID-19 (preparation of a statement, body temperature measurement, personal certification and so on) shall be observed.
    - Admission is restricted if you have fever or respiratory symptoms or have traveled abroad within the last 14 days.
    - Mask must be worn at the conference site.
    - Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes in advance to confirm your participation in the event.
    - Food including beverages is not allowed inside the venue and no food or beverages are provided.
